Shayn is a trans/non-binary award-winning composer, audio designer, and storyteller hailing from Honolulu, currently based in Boston. They have had the pleasure of orchestrating for a wide range of clients from the up-and-coming artist to Republic Records, and their concert music has been performed at sold out venues and internationally, including the 7,200 seat Agganis Arena. They have served as audio director, composer, and sound designer for numerous indie game titles such as Desaturation Point and La Villa de la Muerte, as well as indie films such as the upcoming Man vs. Man. Shayn currently works as a full-time employee at Berklee College of Music’s Screen Scoring Department, coordinating and managing recording sessions. Outside of music, you can find Shayn GMing a tabletop RPG, enjoying the outdoors, or capturing aerial footage with a drone. “I live to tell stories, and it just so happens that out of all storytelling mediums music and audio have impacted me the most.”
